Custom Build Your Menu

REAL FOOD FOR REAL PEOPLE, We can custom build your menu for your upcoming event according to your budget. Allow Lisa, a professional in the restaurant and catering business with 20 plus years of experience to choose your menu so you can relax and enjoy your event. Prices vary based on availability, delivery location, or pick up Minimum order of 10 people or more. Vegetarian add-on option minimum 5 people or more.


Breakfast items:

Seasonal Fruit and Vegetables

A rich variety of seasonal fruit, vegetarian frittata, croissants with fresh butter, and a variety of jams. 

Assorted Offerings

A variety of bagels with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and seasonal fruit. 

Avocado Toast

Fresh avocado blended with lime, red onion, roma tomato drizzled in evoo and topped with sesame seed. (Add smoked Salmon to this dish)

Flaky Stuffed Biscuits

Flaky biscuits layered with sausage egg and cheese as well as a seasonal fruit tray.


Appetizers or Mid Day Snack:

Charcuterie Board

Variety of cheeses, deli meats, vegetables, dried fruits, a variety of nuts, crackers, and more.

Crudite Platter

A variety of fresh vegetables served with creamy garlic/dill spread.

Mediterranean Spreads

Savory hummus, dill-based garlic cream sauce, and homemade creamy beet blend, served alongside fresh pita bread, carrots, and celery.

Spanakopita and Tyropita

Spinach and feta cheese between crisp-flaky layers of pastry served along with tzatziki. (Greek yogurt-based cucumber garlic sauce)

Bruschetta

Olive oil glazed slices of french baguette topped with a blend of diced tomatoes, feta cheese, and kalamata olives. (Gluten-free bread available upon request)

Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

Cream cheese-based fresh dill spread over white bread with crisp slices of cucumber topped with chives. ( Gluten free bread available upon request)

Shrimp Cocktail

Large crisp shrimp served with a tangy cocktail sauce.

Coconut Shrimp

Delicious crispy shrimp coated in coconut and fried served with a sweet and spicy sauce.

Garlic Herb Shrimp Scampi

Large shrimp sauteed with fresh garlic, butter, freshly squeezed lemon, and fresh herbs and served in olive oil toasted baguettes. ( Gluten-free bread available upon request)

Nacho Bar

To include Create your own nacho platte, Items included are: tortilla chips, and all your favorite toppings, creamy cheese, savory taco meat, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, black olives, jalapenos, sour cream and scallion.

Assemble Your Own Gyro Sandwich

Include fresh warm pita bread, gyro meat, creamy cucumber spread diced tomatoes, crispy lettuce, and red sliced onions served with fresh homemade chips or salad.

Stewed Tuscan Chicken

Chicken cutlets cooked in a savory fresh tomato sauce with a splash of red wine served over long grain rice pilaf and green beans stewed in fresh herbs and garlic (Lisa's signature green bean blend).

Mediterranean Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken

French roasted chicken drumsticks baked with potato wedges and Lisa’s signature green beans.

Homemade Beef Meatballs

Stewed in a savory tomato sauce and fresh herbs, served with rice pilaf, and buttery rolls.

MamaMia Pasta and Martino Pasta

Penne pasta cooked in a white creamy sauce with asparagus, black olives, fresh dill and squeezed fresh lemon juice 2nd pasta penne pasta cooked in a creamy vodka sauce with chicken fresh mushrooms, sweet colored peppers, and parsley. Accompanied with a tossed salad.

Vegetarian Egg Roll Bowl

Steamed rice sauteed with sesame oil, shredded onions, fresh garlic, cabbage, carrots and seasoned with soy sauce and topped with sesame seeds. (also available with shrimp)

Cretan Beef Tips

Tender pieces of beef sauteed in olive oil with diced onions,mushrooms, garlic and fresh tomatoes served over mashed potatoes and buttery rolls.

Caesar Salad with Chicken

Homemade caesar dressing with fresh crispy lettuce, fresh grated parmesan, and croutons.

Caprese Salad

Layered mozzarella slices with fresh tomato slices, basil drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze homemade pesto sauce served with crispy baguette slices.

Greek Salad Accompanied with Gyro Meat or Grilled Chicken

  

Crispy romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, sliced cucumbers greek kalamata olives, feta cheese with a Greek vinaigrette. Served with fresh pita bread and satziki sauce.

Roasted Beet Salad with Walnuts

Roasted beets, feta cheese, a variety of green crisp lettuce drizzled in a Balsamic Dressing, and topped with roasted walnuts.
